Here is every question, in order, for those of you who want a taste of the competition AND for those of you who are like "Commish, I want the details more excruciatingly specific than Bud Light Lime is excruciatingly well-crafted."
QUESTION 1: Who will win the game?
As in, who will be the Super Bowl champion, even if it takes 15 overtimes.
QUESTION 2: How many total points scored?
Again, after it's ALL said and done, even if it takes 15 overtimes or Aaron Rodgers casts plant spells that cause a massive delay.
QUESTION 3: Who will have the most combined passing and rushing yards?
This is a Mahomes vs. Hurts question. Sum their yards passing and their yards rushing. Highest total is correct.
QUESTION 4: Will there be a 4th quarter lead change (trailing team becomes leading team)
"Trailing team" is defined as the team that was most recently behind. So, even if the game is tied, the team that WAS behind before the game tied up is considered the "trailing team". And thus, if the 4th quarter begins tied, and the team most recently trailing then pulls ahead, that qualifies as a lead change. Also: This is ONLY the 4th quarter. Overtime lead changes are not relevant to this question.
QUESTION 5: How many receiving yards will Travis Kelce (TE) have?
Receiving yards only!
QUESTION 6: How many rushing yards will Miles Sanders (RB) have?
Rushing yards only!
QUESTION 7: Will 2 or more turnovers (Interceptions + Fumbles) occur?
It must be an actual turnover. So, fumbles recovered by the offense do not count (because that's not a turnover). Also, "turnovers on downs" are not considered turnovers in official NFL stats - that's why we specify "Interceptions + Fumbles".
QUESTION 8: Will the FOX telecast show a college-aged or younger photo of the Kelce brothers during the game?
The "FOX telecast" is the official American telecast. "During the game" means from opening kickoff to final play. And "photo" meaning a singular photo of the two of them together, from their college years or earlier.
QUESTION 9: Will 4 or more famous artists other than Rihanna sing/rap at Halftime?
Famous artists, as in recording artists known to tens of millions of people. We'll use 5M+ Spotify monthly listeners as the official metric. They must sing or rap at least one word during the halftime show to qualify.
QUESTION 10: How many lead changes will occur (trailing team becomes leading team)?
Same definition as Question 4, just over the entire game. The "trailing team" is defined as the team that was most recently behind. So, even if the game is tied, the team that WAS behind before the game tied up is considered the "trailing team", and if they eventually take the lead, that qualifies as a lead change.
QUESTION 11: Will there be 5 or more sacks?
Official sacks, per NFL stats.
QUESTION 12: Which of these will the MVP refer to first in his acceptance speech?
This is ANY reference. And there isn't an "other" answer because given how these speeches go, we've covered 99% of the territory.
QUESTION 13: Will there be a made field goal of 50 yards or more?
MADE field goal (not just attempted).
QUESTION 14: How long will the star-spangled banner last?
This is from first note (played or sung) through final note (played or sung). We'll use the official timings from sportsbooks. If they differ, for any reason, we'll take the average of all major sportsbook official timings.
QUESTION 15: Will there be an offensive touchdown drive that takes two minutes or less?
"Offensive", as in defensive or special teams scores don't count. And "touchdown", as in the drive must result in a touchdown.
QUESTION 16: Which song from this list will Rihanna sing first?
It doesn't need to be her literal first song - just the song from this list that she gets to first. And even if she sings 1 bar from that song, it counts.
QUESTION 17: What color will the Gatorade bath be for the coach?
If for any reason the telecast doesn't show this (but it happens), this still counts. We'll find the image/video after the fact.
QUESTION 18: Will any player other than Mahomes or Hurts attempt a pass?
Pass ATTEMPT. It doesn't need to be completed, so long as official NFL stats record it as a pass attempt.
QUESTION 19: The first commercial AFTER the opening kickoff will be what kind?
As in, commercials before the game starts don't count. This is the first one post-opening kickoff. The "drink" aspect of the "Food/drink" type covers only non-alcoholic drinks (e.g. Pepsi).
QUESTION 20: Will Mahomes throw an underhand, shovel, or no-look pass?
1 pass of ANY of these types makes this question a "yes". Underhand as in distinct underhand swinging motion. Shovel, as in pushing (not throwing) the ball forward. No-look, as in throwing the ball in a different direction from where he's looking. For no-look, the telecast must recognize this happened and show a replay of the pass as proof it was no-look.
