When Carson Wentz's 2-point conversion pass to Jordan Matthews fell incomplete, sealing a Ravens win, a large number of BFIG Title Belt hopefuls breathed a sigh of relief.
Two-point attempts convert roughly 48 percent of the time - basically a coin flip. And while this was clearly a stroke of good fortune, it was only the third most improbable Title Belt Tiebreaker victory of the week.
The Bucs, fresh off 17-straight points, were beating the Cowboys in the fourth quarter; then Jameis threw two picks and the Cowboys escaped. The Texans were down 13 to the Jaguars, with Brock Osweiler looking as terrible as ever, then turned to Tom Savage (yes, Tom Savage) to engineer an improbable fourth quarter comeback victory.
68 Title Belt hopefuls are 9-0 in the Tiebreaker. 49 of them picked at least one of the games just mentioned.
Here's your first-ever Title Belt Tiebreaker leaderboard, showing who was saved this past week, and who can still pick the Pats in the Tiebreaker:

If you want to play with the data, Commish made it available here. Also, here's the Tiebreaker spreadsheet page. And no, I don't know why two people not alive in BFIG kept picking in the Tiebreaker (but I like their style!).
Do something cool with this data and share it with the community. Send your creation to Commish and GM (yo@theszn.com) and we'll get it to everyone else.
